a) Use a simple, inexpensive copy instead of an object which is unavailable, complex, expensive, fragile and difficult to operate. b) Replace an object or system with its optical copy. c) If visible optical copies are already being used, replace them with infrared, ultraviolet, X-Rays copies or shadows, computer-aided image processing, etc. |
